I'm really not technical, and I'm scared of asking dumb questions.
You're exactly who this is written for. The course assumes nothing: Module 2 starts at "press the Windows key, type PowerShell". If you can install a normal program and find a folder, you have every prerequisite. It was tested on complete beginners who had never opened a terminal, and rewritten wherever they got stuck.
